Here is the recipe for the Sweet & Sour Meatballs that so many of you raved about at card club! ;)
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 C vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/4 C bbq sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 bag herb seasoned meatballs (I just used the frozen Italian meatballs from costco. Worked like a charm.)
Fill the crock pot with the meatballs. Whisk first five ingredients to make sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cook 4 to 5 hours total. Half way through cooking time, add pineapple and green pepper.
Easy.

I must be sure to thank you for this after giving you a hard time at card club about it :) I am really looking forward to trying this recipe once I'm finally home long enough to buy groceries and cook :/ It was so good to see you last week, and little beautiful Anna!
